Jabra Elite 65t – Pengalaman Audio Tanpa Wayar Sebenar – Amanz

Pro

  • Kualiti bunyi yang sangat baik
  • Fungsi HearThrough boleh membantu pendengaran persekitaran
  • Ketahanan bateri yang baik

Kontra

  • Rekaannya membuatkan telinga berasa penuh

Duo remanded 4 days as MACC’s Ijok land probe continues

IJOK

MO,6/4/2018, PUTRAJAYA: Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today obtained a four-day remand order against Ijok Phase 1 and 2 Settlers’ Action Committee chairman and his deputy to assist a probe into the controversial RM1.18 billion Ijok land deal. Majistrate Atiqah Abu Hassan granted the remand on the 75-year old man and his 66-year old deputy this morning.

They were detained at the MACC headquaters here at 12.30pm, two days ago after being summoned to record their statements. The duo were suspected of receiving kickbacks between RM70,000 and RM150,000 from a consultant company, and were being investigated under Section 16(A) of the MACC Act 2009.

So far, seven people have been arrested in graft investigations involving the project. It was reported that MACC was investigating financial transactions involving RM200 million to five companies that received RM68 million, RM62 million RM42 million, RM16.5 million and RM8.5 million. The issue first came to light in February when Barisan Nasional Strategic Communications director, Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan, urged Selangor Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, to clarify as to why the Selangor government had handed over a plot of land worth RM1.18 billion in Ijok to two developers.

The 880-acre plot was purchased by the two developers in 1998, but seized by the Selangor government, then under the administration of former Menteri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, under the National Land Code following a breach of terms and conditions of the agreement.

Najib’s leadership creates new trust for Indian community

INDIA-NAJIB

MO,6/4/2018, PUTRAJAYA,  April 3, 2018 marks nine years since Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak took over helm of the country’s administration in 2009. Since then, the 64-year-old leader from Kuala Lipis, Pahang has been committed for the betterment of the nation. Though some of the decisions made by the Barisan Nasional-government under his leadership were not always popular with the rakyat, they were necessary to protect the country. When Najib dished out the goodies many from the opposition said it was a populis move.

Unlike his predecessors, it cannot be denied that Najib has done a lot to transform and uplift the socio-economic status of all races especially the Indian community.  Political analysts say they see Najib as the only prime minister of Malaysia who took great care of the Indian community in solving various issues related to them to ensure no Indians marginalised or left behind in the country’s development.

NEW WAVE OF TRUST FOR INDIANS

A political pundit Datuk Anbumani Balan describes Najib as a leader who walks the talk, creating a new wave of trust and positive vibrations with his open and direct engagement with the Indian community from the top to the grassroots and to even an ordinary public. His contributions have created a very strong impact in the hearts and the minds of the community.

Anbumani noted that hence its not surprising that the prime minister’s leadership has created puthiya nambikei (new trust) among the Indian community. Speaking to Bernama in a exclusive interview recently, Anbumani said Najib has played an important role as ‘mover and shaker’ to address the various issues faced by the community with well-planned and structured policies through the Malaysian Indian Blueprint (MIB) for the next ten years.

“He shows his concern. He personally listens to their grouses. He goes to the ground (turun padang) to meet them without any protocols or red carpet welcome in occassions and functions related to the community. He shows his love and care with short and long term solutions. “PM Najib has proven that he is the capable leader the Indian community needs,” he said.

Anbumani added it is no doubt that Najib has created a new wave on national transformation with a ‘feel good factor for all races’ with proven track record especially addressing Indian marginalisation, which was left behind during Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed’s era.

PRIORITISE INDIAN COMMUNITY ESPECIALLY B40 NEEDS

Echoing similar sentiments, another prominent political analyst Prof Dr Sivamurugan Pandian of Universiti Sains Malaysia said for the first time, Indian issues have become a mainstream concern for Najib through the formation of the Socio-Economic Development of Indian Community (Sedic) to uplift the socio-economic status of the Indian community, especially those from B40.

(File pix) Prof Dr Sivamurugan Pandian of Universiti Sains Malaysia at an event held recently at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Pix by Khairull Azry Bidin

“I believe the support of Indians will be more of less same as 2013 and far better than 2008. The rural seats will still be favour BN as Najib directly connect himself with the community. Furthermore, the Prime Minister has fulfilled promises made to the Indian community,” the social science studies lecturer told Bernama recently. Prof Sivamurugan said no former prime ministers including Tun Mahathir, who is wooing the Indian community now, has documented a targeted blueprint to uplift the socio-economic status comprising single mothers, drop-outs, unemployed youths and groups with no access to market opportunities.

Universiti Utara Malaysia College of Law, Government & International Studies senior lecturer, Prof Madya Dr Mohd Azizuddin Mohd Sani said that Najib and BN were ever prepared to tackle the problems faced by the community in order for them to move forward and be more independent. “Since he took over the government’s administration in 2009, many initiatives had been tailored to assist and boost the livelihood of the Indian community,” he said.

INDIANS CONTINUE HAVE FAITH IN BN

Another political analyst from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) College of Law, Government and International Studies, Prof Madya Dr Ahmad Martadha Mohamad said the reason why Najib has been asking Indian community to have faith and confidence in BN leadership, is because the prime minister knows that he can do deliver more for the people if he remains in power for the next five years.

“Now, it is the Indians’ turn to give back the trust and votes to BN. He keeps telling them to trust him, so that he can roll out more programmes to continue to empower and uplift them. However, Najib needs to empower more women and youths, for example field more Indian candidates to contest inGE14 or provide positions of ministers or deputy ministers or top positions in the government.

“Besides trust, the empowering process is much needed so the trust between leader and rakyat is strengthened,” he added. Meanwhile, Anbumani said Najib’s concern for the community will play a key role in GE14, especially in the choice of the candidates representing the community in government and in the Parliament. “As some have described the prime minister as the ‘father of Indian community development’, it is time for Najib to empower and appoint more vibrant leaders to hold top positions in government agencies and government-linked companies, and few strong Indian backbenchers in the Parliament,” he said.

Anbumani called on the community to keep their faith in the prime minister’s leadership and the BN to build a better future for themselves.

Lord of the Rings bakal jadi siri televisyen paling mahal sepanjang zaman

AMAZON bukan hanya berjaya merebut hak cipta siri televisyen Lord of the Rings (LOTR) daripada Netflix.

Gandalf berusia 7,000 tahun, saya bukanlah tua sangat,” kata Mckellan.
